Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Swift Teach, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
Subscription, fees and usage
Paid access to Swift Teach is provided for a monthly or annual fee. Subscriptions are subject to fair use: the service is designed for individual teachers' professional use, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts for excessive use or for sharing a single account between multiple people.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
AI accuracy and limitations
Swift Teach generates content using third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI). AI-generated content can contain errors, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or suitability. You use generated content at your own risk: always review resources before using them with students.
Intellectual property
The Swift Teach platform, brand and materials are our intellectual property. Resources you generate are yours to use in your teaching.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice.
